[comp.text.tex] ymir.claremont.edu : where are the style files?

I recently downloaded dvi-standard/level0-draft and the files it includes.
I found fileform.sty but couldn't find ltugboat.sty or mf.sty.  Can someone
more familiar with ymir tell me where I can find them?
