Running bibtex with six databases, I've received this message with the bibtex failling. Sorry, you've exceeded BibTeX's pool size 60000 Now pool size relates to the maximum number of characters in strings. At this point I'm a bit confused. In my document there is about 500 citations (less than the max_cites). Does this pool size relate to the string size for the complete citation it generates in the .bbl file. If this is the case then I can probably get around this problem by increasing the pool size and recompling bibtex. Or is the problem some thing totally different. Or I am observing a symptom of a missed , or {} in my .bib files. An explanation or help will be most appreciated. Many thanks in anticipation. **Zahid. zahid%uk.co.gec-rl-hrc@uk.ac.ukc -- Zahid Hussain E-mail: zahid%uk.co.gec-rl-hrc@uk.ac.ukc GEC-Marconi Research Centre Tel: (+44) 81 908 9255 East Lane, Wembley Middlesex HA9 7PP, England, U.K.
