Does anyone know what the uncompressed size of tcsh (from orst) should be? Thanks! C. Fasano fasano@minerva.phyast.pitt.edu

Thanks!
The version of tcsh that I got from either orst or nova is 237568K by ls -l.
Here is what size gives me.
haydn> size tcsh
__TEXT __DATA __OBJC others dec hex
221184 57344 0 8192 286720 46000
Think someone compiled it with optimizations turned off? Bash 1.08 is
smaller! Unfortunately it's still buggy as hell.

I may have ftp'd a different version than you, but it looks like what I have was generated with the Sun -> NeXT binary convertor.
