This is probably one of the most frequently asked questions, so I know I will get a lot of responses.... I want to print my LaTeX documents as text - I have the 'dvi2tty' program by Svante Lindahl & Marcel Mol but that works on the dvi files and the length of the lines, etc is already calculated and so doesn't fit on one line, ugly page breaks, etc. How do I convert my tex documents to simple ascii text- I have to get these documents available for terminal view and I don't know what will do it for me (any emacs macros, etc ??).
