[comp.text.tex] Wanted: Alternate FTP site for Unix TeX 3.14 distribution

I've tried ftp'ing from byron.u.washington.edu, but for some reason
it continually chokes when I try and do binary file transfers.  I've
been attempting them in off hours, per netiquette, and I know our
site's ftp works fine.

Does anybody know of an alternate ftp site for this version of the
distribution?
