The June IEEE Computer article on ``Lilac'' has a sidebar which
mentions a document preparation system based on TeX called ``Vortex''.
The reference is to a doctoral dissertation by P. Chen ``A Multiple
Representaion Paradigm for Document Development'', UC Berkeley, 1988.
I would like to learn more about this system. If anyone has any
information about it, please let me know.
