[comp.periphs.scsi] Does Anyone know 'Always Technology' host adapter card?

oyang@bruce.cs.monash.OZ.AU (Kai Shing O'Yang) (09/07/90)

Hi Netlanders,

I've recently ordered an Adaptec 1542B card from a mail order company.
However, they sent me this 'Always Technology' adapter card instead. Before I
return this card to them, does anyone know what it is? And how is it
compatiable with the Adaptec card? Can I use the Adaptec scsicntl.exe?
I plan to run ESIX or SCO ODT in future, will there be any problems?

	My config is:
	1. 20MHz 386 clone, with 1 1.2M floppy,
	2. Paradise VGA card
	3. CDC-WREN IV 307 drive.

Thanks in advance,

Kai
