IBM sells a 3.5 inch SCSI disk with 320MB formatted capacity for it's RS/6000 and PS/2 product lines. It is very fast (12ms) and available since some months now. We've had excellent luck with our two Micripolis Model 1588 - 600MB SCSI drives interfaced through Future Domaine SCSI controllers.
