I've never gone looking for 19" rack-mount stuff, but I work a lot with 'shoebox' type enclosures. They typically run $75-100, which IMHO is too much for a box with a cheap power supply in it. I've taken to looking through a surplus electronic dealers stock. I recently bought a few shoeboxes with room for 1 1/2-high and 1 full-high 5.25" form factor product with 60 watt power supplies for $10.00.
