I'm trying to hook up a Wangtek 5099EN24 tape drive to a Sony NWS-1510 workstation, to complement the 380 Mb disk I've already added. What I need to know is which jumpers on the drive are which - specifically which set the SCSI ID, but any further information will be welcomed. I believe this drive was used extensively in Sun shoeboxes, so I'm hoping someone here will know a little about it. Failing that, does anyone have an idea of who to ask for tech data on this drive? Thanks in advance! ___________________________________________________________________________ David Burren (Athos), Email: athos%eyrie@labtam.oz.au img Consultants, Phone: +61 3 819 4554 G.P.O. It's been pointed out to me in mail that this drive is NOT a SCSI device, and requires an external controller. Oh well.... - David B. <sigh>
