The last two sets of jumpers are for terminator power.  There should be a
jumper in the vertical postition on the last pair of pins.  It can be left
there without regard to the actual terminators on the drive.

In the vertical position, the drive supplys terminator power to its
terminators.
If the jumper is in the horizontal position across the lower two pins
as you are looking at the back of the drive with the HDA at the top,
the terminator power is taken from the SCSI bus.
