First of all Wayne, you need to have QEMM V5.x or latter. If you do, you
can use the command line option of /DB:16 with it and not require a driver
of any kind.
This causes a double buffering to be used for disk transactions which do
slow things down and also uses substantially more memory. The other option
is to get a hold of the ASW-1410 driver V2.0 or later. This driver along
with V5.x of QEMM makes use of the VDS (Virtual Device Services) specification.
Which will not require the /DB:16 option and makes things much faster.

The ASW-1410 is not a give away though. It can be had through distribution.
