Under other OS's where enhanced support is done (i.e. Netware 3.1), performance has been roughly 30%-50% better. It mostly depends on the drive you are using. We used a SCSI-2 version of the Wren VII drive. If you are using a 296N, you would not get any measurable performance gain.
