Hello, we've got problems with a ST1144A, because an old DISK-MANAGER program has low-level formatted the drive with some wrong parameters. So how can we get a utilitiy to low-level format the drive with IDE controller built in correctly ????? What is the physikal layout and the translated geometry of the drive ? I know there are 7 heads and the controller does ZBR (30-36-44 spt). I think that somebody posted something about a Seagate list which describes all drives with a lot of technical informations. Can someone tell me how to get this document or email it to me or post it to the net or put it on an ftp-site ....
