IN addition, is there somewhere where I can get the pinouts for a SCSI-I cable? I have a SCSI Adapter card that expects a DB25 connector, while my SCSI disk controller expects a 50 pin connector. How are the pins mapped? Seems I have twice as many pins! Appreciate any help for a SCSI novice. Thanks. Saify Lanewala attunix!stl

From the adapter manufacturer. Different manufacturers use different pinouts. For instance, on our IN-2000, we use the same pin out as the Macintosh, because cables were already available. Some other guys use their own pin outs. > >Appreciate any help for a SCSI novice. Thanks.
