If you are using either the xnx252 driver from SCO or the new I just sent out,
you can create a new dev as follows:

mknod /dev/urct0 c (target ID + 34) 32

For example, if you tape is at target ID 2, you would do:

mknod /dev/urct0 36 32

This device will not issue an unload at close.  Only a rewind is done.

I have received mail from you, but haven't found a path to you.  The ROM
code and driver stuff is on it's second attempt to get to you.  So far
all attempts to send anything to you have bounced back.
