[comp.periphs.scsi] Segate/CDC 94221-209 disk jumpers

dlb25@LOCAL.UUCP (Dave Besselievre) (06/06/91)

I have purchased a used Segate 94221-209 SCSI disk drive, and no manual came
with it. Would someone be able to clarify what the remaining Jumper on the
drive are.

I have determined that the jumper pairs on the rigth of the drive are for
the drive select bits (4, 2, 1). The last Jumper pair may be Parity.

The Jumpers A through H, I do not know thier function but pairs AB and CD
were jumpered and I did get the drive to format with them in.

If you are able to clarify what the ofther jumpers are please Email me at
  the below address.

  Thank You.
