[comp.periphs.scsi] CDC 160M disk and Archive 150M tape for sale

barefoot@catt.ncsu.edu (Heath Roberts) (06/10/91)

I have one more of each drive available. One CDC 94221 160M SCSI drive.
Tests on my IBM with Adaptec 1542 host adapter at about 19ms, ~5M/sec
transfer. I have gotten these drives working on IBM, Mac, and DEC
machines with no problems, but have been advised that there are
incompatibilities with Apple IIgs and Amiga machines.

The tape drive is an Archive Viper 2150s, 150M QIC tape drive.

Both drives come with a DOA warranty--beyond that you're on your own.

I need to sell these by the end of this week. They go to the first offer
within the US (sorry Canada--UPS tapes too long for COD's) at $370 each
including second day air shipping. They'll be COD cashier's check or
money order only. No cash.

Let me know if you're interested, and include a SHIPPING ADDRESS and
DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER. I will notify you via email or telephone of
whether you got the drive and when to expect it.

Thanks
