I'll try posting this again.... I hadn't gotten any responses from the first post so I'm not sure what's up. Our news is ususlly pretty reliable. I have one more Archive 2150s tape drive for sale. It's a half-height 150M SCSI tape drive. No case or power supply. Price is $350 plus shipping & COD, which I estimate at $15-20 inside the continental U.S. In light of the recent discussions on the net about fraud, I'll relax my normal terms and accept a personal or business check instead of certified funds, in case that throws any potential buyers. I will add a comment about the practice, however... Almost of the mail business I do is with certified funds (I'm talking about when I buy stuff). Most businesses are not willing to take a business check unless they can establish some sort of trade references, a bank reference, and a credit check. Then they'll give you "company check" status. Net 30 day billing requires that you be even larger and better established. All this is for the protection of the seller--they generally have lower margins than retail, and because transactions often take place across state lines, that makes it slightly more difficult to obtain payment for a returned check. Anyway, let me know if you want the drive. email to this address and include your shipping address and daytime telephone number.
