Thanks to a plethora of responses, I've been able to determine that sources are available at the following 2 sites: simtel20.arpa (26.2.0.74) in the directory pd1:<msdos.ddjmag> and terminator.cc.umich.edu (35.1.33.8) in msdos/ddjourn. The number is listed in each issue, usually in more than one place. Try simtel20.arpa. Keith Petersen has been extremely helpful in
posting news about new submissions to the simtel archives on a weekly
and monthly basis to comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d.
