[comp.sys.ibm.pc.programmer] Wanted: Info on 160x100x16color CGA mode.

In the IBM Color/Graphics Monitor Adapter section of the Personal Computer
Hardware Reference Library, they mention (on page 9 and 20) a CGA
mode of 160 x 100 with 16 colors.  In effect they say "Low resolution mode
requires special programming and is not supported in ROM."  I'd like to use
this mode...  Does anyone have the 6845 and other mode control register
settings, and the memory-to-screen mapping of pixels?
