Hello everyone, I am looking for books that discuss programming for the GEM environment by Digital Research. There is a group of four of us that are working on a single machine with the Programmers Toolkit, and we need something like the referance manual that the various team members could buy and use. This way the real manual would never leave from beside the project machine. We looked at a book called A Programmers Guide to GEM by Sybex, but the local bookstore tells us that it is no longer in print. Another kind soul directed us to the set of on-line articles by Tim Oren and while they help, we need something more. If there is anything else available out there please send mail. Thanks in advance!
