[comp.sys.ibm.pc.programmer] screen blankers running under windows?

Does anyone know of a screen blanking utility that will work with
Microsoft Windows?  Maybe something that will run quietly in the background
not munching much cpu time and is able to catch keystrokes and maybe
some mouse clicks?

Any thoughts, suggestions, etc. are greatly appreciated.
