I have written an application which uses 2 screens, a VGA and RGB monitor. The VGA is mostly used in text mode but is capable of displaying graphics. The RGB is used to display images taken by a infrared camera. The RGB monitor is driven by frame grabber, however my application only needs a second monitor. We are thinking of purchasing another computer but don't want to buy a frame grabber just because we need another video board. Does anybody know of hardware which support an RGB monitor as a secondary display?. The Resolution should be at least 512 x 480. Display 256 colors from an 8 bit color pallet. The price of super VGA is attractive. Can 2 VGA display be used at the same time?
