When I run CVPACK V3.01 (what comes with Microsoft C 6.0), I get
the following messages:
Initial type information size = 621757 bytes
Assertion failed: FALSE, file compact.c, line 512
abnormal program termination
Does anyone at Microsoft have an answer to this one? The program
runs OK, and loads into Codeview OK, but it would be nice to be
able to compact out the excess typdef records both for smaller
.EXE, and faster loading.
