[comp.sys.ibm.pc.programmer] >>DRIVPARM: unrecognized command in config.sys

hjh@aeg.dsto.oz.au (H.J.Harvey-AEG) (07/13/90)

Dave Williams in "Programmer's Technical Reference for MSDOS and the IBM PC"
Appendix 9, says:
DRIVPARM= will work with DOS 3.3 if ^A^A^A (control-A) precedes parameters

Hope this helps

When I ran into this error, I also tryed to fix it with ^A^A/d:.... but
my editor's insert control character feature decided to barf on ^A.

I found ^B^B works just as well.
