Can anyone tell me of a reliable way of determining invalid floating point numbers (single or double precision)? I'm convinced it is possible since Borland's debugger just prints "NAN" for this case. I would appreciate any information, pointers to information, or code in Turbo C, Microsoft C, or Turbo Pascal. Thank you all. Jim Bittman, jmbj@grebyn.com
