I am interested in writing a game that uses a GUI, however I am not sure who makes a fast, reliable, small, and relatively cheap GUI. Here are the following criteria: 1. Must support overlapping, resizable, non memory hogging, mouseable, and decent looking windows. 2. Support for most typical windowing things....radio buttons, check boxes, dialog boxes, data entry (maybe), etc. 3. Fast output...flicker free scrolling and moving. 4. Good tech support. 5. Cheap or no royalties. 6. List cost <400 dollars 7. For IBM PC and Turbo C or Turbo C++ 8. Support for MetaWindows preferably. I am using TurboWINDOW/C (io.e. MetaWINDOWs for turbo C) and Turbo C++. I know of two GUI toolkits, Ithaca Street Software's MENUET and Island Systems Graphics-MENU. I have looked at the latter and found the interface was inconsistent with today's standards, kinda kludgy looking, and very brash (lots of bright colors, no mixing on screen, lots of beveled corners). If you have experience with MENUET please send me e-mail and let me know about your experience. Also, has anyone had any experience with the WNDX product? Brian
