[comp.sys.ibm.pc.programmer] Zymos info. needed

Does anybody have information on programming the Zymos VGA card
in the non-standard modes ( e.g. 800x600 256 colors )?

I would also like to have the address of Zymos corporation: it's not 
in the card's users manual.
