JOB ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATE DEAN for Graduate Programs and Research College of Education Arizona State University Position description: The Assoc Dean is responsible for the administration and development of graduate programs and for promotion and administration of funded research in the College of Education. Additional responsibilities include: service on University and College committees relating to research and graduate programs; seving as the College's liason to the Graduate College and to the Office of the Vice-President for Research, and overseeing various accreditation and certification studies/visits as required. Qualifications: PhD/EdD and strong academic credentials with a superior record of research and publication. Experience in research advisement and graduate instruction, plus a demonstrated commitment to working with schools, and with linguistically and culturally diverse populations. Must have successful record of administrative experience. Experience in proposal counseling and review desirable.
