Greetings! If you thought the comp.sys.masscomp has been a bit quite, it should be. It was renamed to comp.sys.concurrent on July 1, 1989. The new group was active until early November when I got promoted from Manager, Networking at Baylor College of Medicine to Director, Networking and Systems Support. Well, sorry to say, I had to put comp.sys.concurrent on hold while I got used to this new job. I appologize for all the confusion and the lack of articles. We will try to get things back on track. Also, soma.neuro.bcm.tmc.edu is now soma.neusc.bcm.tmc.edu. The Cellular Neurophysiology Laboratory (owner of soma, cortex and some others) was transferred from Baylor's Neurology Department to the newly created Division of Neuroscience. Those of you who use soma.bcm.tmc.ed will notice no difference. Those who still use soma.neuro.bcm.tmc.edu are hearby put on notice that they need to change! Anyway, more articles to come!
