Announcing the Return of the Modelling-Rendering meetings. The MoRe meeting will be taking place Thurdays at 3pm, in the CSRI conference room (location subject to classification). For the first meeting of the year and the season, Prof. Eugene Fiume will talk about (some of his many) research interests, including: * basic 1,2-D sampling and filtering theory * the need for space-variant filtering * an introduction to space variant filtering as applied to texture mappings. If you are a modelling/rendering type, or even if you are just interested in seeing what these weirdo rendering types are up to, BE THERE ! Your MoRe meeting organiser, -george
