Okay - for those interested - the HOLLYWOOD MINUTE on CNN stated today
that Harve Bennett is currently looking at the script for
STAR TREK VI - The First Adventure.  In this, new actors would portray
the old cast with Nimoy and Shatner doing a cameo at the beginning/end
of the film.  This does not preclude a film being made now or in the
future with the old cast (although *I* believe it does) but this is
currently the ONLY script even being considered.

Anyone hear any other news?  Aside from this the only other side note
I've heard is that James Horner will do the score (he did Star Trek II + III).
