In response to Javier's discussion on Sea of Love & Dead
Poet's Society
As a lover of cinema, I was fascinated with the idea of an
open forum. After receiving a few issues of CINEMA-L AUVM,
however, my fascination has slowly withered and is now
sinking in the residue of my disgust. Although I don't
believe in censorship, I am a firm believer in communicating
through the English language left somewhat intact. Having
to wade through typos, grammatical errors, missing words,
redundant adverbs etc. to get to the underlying message ("
duh... I really liked this movie") is unfortunately, much
more trouble then it's worth. Are computer discussions
exempt from any attempt at clarity?
