One ray of hope in the "Jake Garn Junket" case. Garn is a highly experienced Naval aviator (currently in the Air National Guard) with over 10,000 hours; mostly in attack/fighter type airplanes. This is actally more than most of the shuttle pilots. A NASA report says, surprisingly, the persons most suscecptible to Space Sickness (whoops, "Space Adaption Syndrome") are... Highly experienced attack/fighter pilots. Jake, the Space Sick Senator? Lets see him live THAT down in the O'club!!!
