makes me puke. She was boasting at how Western music was superior to the primitive-pagan-neandrethal-and-other-racist-adjectives music from Asia, and that the Western civilization invented the diatonic scale. Hah. The Indians had their 21 note octave centuries before the Greeks started their modes, and would never adapt anything as crude as the equal tempored pitch system. And show me a European tradition composer who writes percussion as complex as the likes of Allah Rakha or Zakir Hussien. some one should make her an astronaut so we could lose her in space... jeff beer
