several really nasty times to lock someone in his/her room with pennies are 1. when the person is in the shower 2. when the person is alone with his/her squeeze 3. about 5am (very quietly) 4. just before a scheduled fire drill 5. when the dorm is more or less deserted, except for a few people

> Penny locking involves the following : Three or four people are needed >to make this procedure work effectively, more people and the poor soul >will never be able to get out of their dorm room. These people push on >the door while another person is responsible for inserting the pennies. >Pushing on the door without turning the knob causes there to be a gap >between the door jamb and the door the pennies are inserted in this space. > The person with the pennies places the pennies into stacks of 10 to 12. >The stacks are placed near the latch mechanism, at the top and bottom of >the door and, if you're really cruel, another near the latch. The pennies >cause pressure between the latch and the stike plate. The pressure makes >the knob absolutely unturnable. etc... And what happens if there's a fire and they can't get out? One hell of a dangerous "joke", no?

If there happens to be a fire then you simply do as I said and kick the door. Read a little further on and you would have seen that part. Maybe you'd like to hear a joke using crickets, or newspapers, or for that matter, being on the raw side, excrement. I've got a million of them. Just calm down it's just a joke. It is always reversable not terribly dangerous. Taking a chill pill, Morgan.
