[net.space] Restoring gateway?

Is there any chance that the previously-existing gateway between
USENET's net.space and net.columbia, and ARPA/MILNET's Space Digest
mailing list (address Space@MIT-MC) could be restored, or another
gateway established? The previous link and shared info was of benefit
to both sides.
