We are in the process of bringing up Release 4.6.1. Our Library has "corporate cards" for groups of people who are affiliated with "guest institutions". All individuals in the "corporate" category use the single library card of the institution they represent. None has an individual library card. At present the circulation process is all done by hand, with xeroxed forms for each "guest" to fill out. The forms are filed in a folder by institution name, in order by date due, and are updated by hand and refiled when items are returned/renewed. Does anyone else have groups of users without individual cards? How do you keep track of each person's usage? How do you set up the LC103TBL and other associated tables? How about patron records for corporate users--how are authorized "guests" identified in the patron file? Can those users be identified online by a sort on Institution or Deparment or something?? This is our first attempt at codifying the existing policy. Any help you can share will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
