Ward <WARD@USC-ISIF.ARPA> The local chapter of the L5 Society, OASIS, is hosting a talk by Paul MacCready this coming Tuesday, February 19, 1985 in the Kinsey Auditorium of the California Museum of Science and Industry at 7:00pm. Paul MacCready is the designer of the Gossamer Condor and other human powered aircraft. He has won several prizes for his aircraft including the first successful human-powered flight across the English Channel. His presentation promises to be an interesting one. In addition, NASA films of recent shuttle missions will be shown which will include spectacular footage of satellite rescues. Admission is free and open to the public.
