While we're on the subjects of Course Reserve and Date due Slips, I'd like to ask if any other site has observed that patron fine notices for reserve items don't show the time the item was returned but only the date -- (yes, we know the trace in the item record shows it until the item is charged out again) -- this is significant for justifying high fines on overdue hourly reserves. Is UIC the only site with output like this? Has anyone fixed it if we're not? Would anyone else like it fixed if your systems behave like ours? Nancy John University of Illinois at Chicago.
