This is a list of un- or little-documented Mac PageMaker tips that I've accumulated from experience and from reading various magazines and newspapers. I'm interested in adding to this list, and will promise to post a complete list if others will send me tips they know that aren't included in this list! UNDOCUMENTED PAGEMAKER TIPS 1. Shift + 200% (from Edit menu)= 400 % 2. Shift + "Fit in Window"(from Edit menu) = "Fit in World" (shows entire pasteboard and everything on it) 3. Shift + page icon= takes you to that page and fits page in window 4. Shift + "Go to Page"= PageMaker starts with the page you're on, and begins to flash each page on the screen, like a slide show. The views will b document, it will go back to page one and start all over again; you can stop it with a mouse click. 5. Shift + "Revert"(from Edit menu) returns you to last mini-Save, rather than last Save. 6. On a Macintosh II with a color monitor, in the "Define colors" menu, hold down the shift key and select "Edit"for the Apple color wheel. 7. Option + print = print file to disk (you can then place it as an EPS graphic in another PageMaker document).
