On changing memory configuration one needs not reinstall windows. Suposing memory was increased (on an AT), just make smartdrive larger in your config.sys. If you send the exact specs of your equipment together with the contents of your config.sys and your autoexec.bat file, I can give you the specs on the changes you will want to make. You can mail that directly to me as perhaps the rest of the list might not be interested in the gory details.
