You get MAKEINFO EXEC from Mike Gettes (gettes@pucc[.princeton.edu])
and run it against your current copy of BITEARN NODES. MAKEINFO is
a great program in that it can be tailored with a template file to
extract and format just about anything in BITEARN NODES that you want.
