They are people who bought from the same builder two years ago and have yet to move to their new residences. Andy Stoikos (Stoy-kus) hopes to one day reside in the Crest Valley development in Richmond Hill. But he says the builder, Sheldon Lipfeld, now wants between 50-and-80 thousand dollars above the original purchase price. Stoikus says the group wants to warn others thinking of buying from the same builder. He says Lipfeld talked to the purchasers about unforseen delays and all sorts of other problems he's been having .... and he wants to pass that onto them. A spokesman for the builder says it's hoped the development will be approved in the next few weeks. He adds that if Stoikos and the others don't want to pay the difference, they can have their money back with interest. The law states if a builder cannot deliver a home 240 days after the original closing ... the deal's off. -cfrb- (Traffic) Provincial Police have had a busy morning on highway 427.
