In addition to my first mail I figured out, that the TCP/IP for PC's (not FAL) use at the first time the software-token-ring-address (4000xxxx...) given in CONFIG.SYS and the second time it use the hardware-address (1000xxx..) Effectively you can't use locally managed token ring addresses with the IBM PC TCP/IP product.
