Well, we've only had 9 out of roughly 25 episodes, so we haven't yet
finished the /first/ half of Season 4, but ---

Warning: Spoiler information about upcoming episodes of TNG.

This information was put together from two reports by Jim S. Lyons &
another gentleman on Compu$erve, who both attended the recent NY
Creation Con where Richard Arnold was a GoH.

"The Loss": Troi loses her empathic abilities. Who will counsel the
counselor?

"Data's Day": Data records a typical day in his life for cyberneticist
Bruce Maddox ("Measure of a Man"). This particular day, incidentally,
is Chief Miles E. O'Brien's wedding day, and Data gives away the bride
(Keiko Oshigawa, a civilian botanist). Beverly teaches Data how to
dance, so that he can dance with the bride. A co-plot involves a
Vulcan on a mission into the Romulan Neutral Zone.

[Note - I *told* you it would be O'Brien who gets married! Hah! Hah!
I'm going to be insufferable for a week now - ed.]

"The Wounded": Tensions are building with the Cardosians (sp?), a race
with which the Feds once warred. Features a hawkish Federation
captain with a few ... skeletons in his closet.

"Devil's Due": Fed scientists are studying a world that has recovered
from ecological disaster when a religious zealot arises and claims
that disaster will return, because of a "deal with the Devil".
Originally written for the mid70's second TOS series, this reportedly
was an BAD script responsible for many past staff departures, but
Michael Piller has rewritten it into something palatable. Filming has
just recently completed.

Things to come: Back to "the Klingon home planet" for more of the Worf
saga. Script ideas are in the works for Q ("Q & Order"), Lt. Barclay,
& Lwaxana Troi.
