At the recent Starfest in Denver, Leonard Nimoy went through a 45 minute history of Star Trek from the early 70's to present. He commented on ST:TMP, STII:TWOK, STIII:TSFS, and then spent a lot of time on STIV:TVH. He concluded by saying, in effect, "that brings us up to the present." He then talked about the next movie. Conspicuously absent from his talk was ANY reference to STV:TFF. His comments on STVI were these: 1. It is being directed by Nick Meyer. I think he said he (Nimoy) was producing it, but I could be wrong. It was NOT Harve Bennett. 2. It is slated for a December release. 3. It is planned to be the last movie. They intend to go out with a bang. He said the plot was a good one and that we'd like it. 4. None of the stars dies.
