I attended Trek Fest here in Minneapolis this past weekend (I went on Sunday, May 19), featuring Micheal Dorn. I didn't know what to expect, since I had never been to a Trek Fest, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a small 2-day convention, with mainly a dealer's room, a few contests/games, a Q&A with Mr. Dorn, and autographs. I had never seen Mr. Dorn before, he is a very pleasant, humorous and friendly man. He told lot's of stories and jokes about being on the set of STTNG (which I'm sure he does at every con). I thought I would relate a few tidbits that the netters might like to know. When asked, Micheal said he wouldn't be in Star Trek VI (he looked disappointed). He said, yes, Denise Crosby would be back, not as Tasha Yar (as most of us know), but he was under obligation not to reveal how and when (or her character). He 53zdid say that we will definitely like it though. Micheal answered that although he again is under obligation not to reveal the season finale, he could say that it was a cliff hanger and that it heavily deals with the Klingons. He had a big smile for both the Yar question and season finale question, so I gathered he is quite pleased with these upcoming stories.
