I'm looking to upgrade my A500 from 1 meg to about 3 megs. Currently I have the A501 expansion and the plain old Agnus chip, and the 1.3 ROM. Right now, I'm leaning toward getting the 2 Meg expansion that would fit inside my Supra scsi controller. I can get that for about $260. I don't really need more than 3 megs. I don't program, and I don't do huge animations. Is there a cheaper/better way to go? This seems like a good deal to me, but then again, I've never shopped for memory before. Has anyone had any problems with this memory board that Supra offers. I'd be especially pleased to hear any good/bad experiences from any of you who own or even know someone who owns this board.
